Product Details
Glyceraldehyde-3-Phosphate Dehydrogenase (GAPDH) is an important enzyme in glycolysis as well as other cellular processes. Due to its constitutive expression and ubiquious distribution across many cells and tissues, GAPDH is considered a housekeeping gene.
Our GAPDH Activity Assay Kit is a simple colorimetric assay that quantifies the activity of GAPDH in cell and tissue lysates in a convenient 96-well format. Each kit provides sufficient reagents to perform up to 200 assays, including blanks, standards, and unknown samples. GAPDH levels in an unknown sample are calculated based on a GAPDH standard curve.
